LMS GamerMix — Privacy Policy

Effective 10 October 2026

LMS GamerMix does not collect your data. There is no account to create, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We do not run a server, so there is nowhere for your information to be sent. This policy covers the iPhone app and the Android app. The Windows app has its own copy, shipped with the installer.

Who we are

LMS GamerMix is made by Lookout Mountain Systems, LLC. In this policy, “we” means that company. You can reach us at support@lookoutmtsystems.com, or by mail at 2108 N St. #12526, Sacramento, CA 95816.

What we collect

Nothing. We collect no category of personal information: no name, email address, postal address, phone number, location, contacts, device identifier, advertising identifier and no usage analytics. There is no account to create and no form to fill in.

Stored on your device

Everything the app saves stays in its own storage on your phone:

We cannot see any of it. None of it is sent to us, and deleting the app removes all of it from your phone. Because we hold nothing, there is no retention period on our side and nothing for us to delete.

Your microphone

Audio is captured only while you are connected and streaming. It goes directly to the PC you chose, over your own network. The audio is encrypted end to end: the session key is created on that connection, and we never have it. Audio does not pass through us, it is not recorded by the app, and it is not stored on your phone.

On Android, capture continues while the screen is off or you are in another app, which is the point of using the phone as a PC microphone. A persistent notification is shown for as long as that is happening. Stop ends capture. iOS keeps capture alive with its audio background mode in the same situation.

On Android, noise suppression cleans background noise out of your voice before it is sent. It is on by default and can be switched off in Settings. It runs entirely on your phone, and no audio leaves the phone to be processed.

Purchases

Pro is a yearly subscription sold through the store you installed the app from, not by us. On iPhone that is Apple. On Android that is Google Play. We never see your name, your payment details, or your Apple or Google account. The store tells the app only whether a subscription is currently active.

Apple and Google also give us aggregated sales reports that count purchases by country. Those reports do not identify anyone. What Apple or Google themselves collect in order to process a payment is governed by Apple’s privacy policy or Google’s privacy policy, not this one.

Analytics and third parties

The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking software of any kind, and does not use advertising identifiers. Nothing in it follows you across other apps or websites. The only third parties that receive anything through the app are the platform stores, and only to complete a purchase you started: StoreKit on iPhone, Google Play Billing on Android.

We do not sell or share personal information with anyone, including data brokers, and we never have, because we do not have any to sell.

Do Not Track

Some devices and browsers can send a Do Not Track signal. We do not need to act on one: the app performs no tracking of any kind and follows you nowhere, so there is nothing for such a signal to switch off.

Crash reports

If you have turned on Share With App Developers in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security, Analytics & Improvements, Apple may send us crash reports. On Android, if Usage & diagnostics is on, Google may send us crash reports through Play Console. Those come from Apple or Google and are not linked to you by us. You can turn those system settings off at any time.

Your rights

Laws in California, the European Union, the United Kingdom and elsewhere give you the right to see, correct, delete or export the personal information a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to hand over or erase. The information the app saves is on your phone, under your control, and deleting the app deletes it.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the copy in the app and the copy on the web are updated together and the effective date above moves. Material changes are also described in the release notes of the app update that introduces them. If we ever begin collecting anything, this policy will say so before we do.
